The School of Urban and Public Affairs has nearly 1,000 students of who approximately 280 are graduate students. Members of its diverse student body hold full- or part-time positions in government, private or nonprofit organizations. More than 1,000 former students have earned graduate degrees at SUPA and contribute to the public and non-public sectors through their research, planning and policy implementation.
SUPA participates in dual-degree programs with the schools of Architecture, Nursing and Social Work. It cooperates with the colleges of Engineering and Science in an interdisciplinary program leading to master's and doctoral degrees in environmental science and engineering.
