A registration fee of $595 entitles you to be admitted to the four-day track of your choice, assuming space is available, and pays for textbooks and training materials for that track. The registration fee does not include meals or hotel accommodations. Registration forms for each track must be received at least seven working days before start of the track. After that date, you will have to contact the program administrator, David W. Tees, by voice mail (817-272-3304), fax (817-272-7418) or e-mail (tees@uta.edu), to learn if space is still available for the track.

Registration for each track is limited to 30 participants, so you are encouraged to register early. If you prefer, you may enroll for the entire program by paying a one-time fee of $3,695. By enrolling for the entire CPM program you will be guaranteed a slot for each of the seven tracks.
