Air North Texas is a regional clean air partnership and campaign to provide a comprehensive air quality resource. UT Arlington is the first university in the state of Texas to join the Air North Texas collaborative.
Arlington Conservation Council
Arlington Conservation Council, a non-profit organization in Arlington and the Dallas-Fort Worth area, promotes efforts including environmental awareness and conservation of natural resources.
City of Arlington, Environmental Services
Coordinator of sustainability efforts, Environmental Services emphasizes storm water quality activities: public education; water quality monitoring; control of sediment and pollutants; industrial inspection; and spill response.
Fort Worth Audubon Society

Greater Fort Worth Sierra Club

Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education
Further signaling its commitment to sustainability, UT Arlington has formally joined the AASHE. More than 600 four-year and 235 two-year academic institutions are members of AASHE. UT Arlington becomes the fourth in Texas, alongside UT Austin, Rice University, and Trinity University. The President's Sustainability Committee and its work groups will find the AASHE web page to provide a wealth of case studies, reports, guidelines, and other materials dealing with every aspect of campus sustainability, from best practices in landscaping and dining services to course syllabi and surveys on student environmental awareness.
