• From Airport Freeway 183, take 360-S towards Arlington.
• Drive south for about 6 miles or so.
• Pass I30 exit and start looking out for the Division Road exit.
• Exit on Division.
• (Please make sure your group obvserves all the speed limits along 360 and all the streets leading to UTA....Smokey Bears have been known to be active along the entire stretch.)
• Turn right (west) on Division.
• About 2 miles down, pass Collins (aka 157) and continue heading west on Division.
• About another 1 mile down, turn left (south) on Center Street (One-way street) and keep to the right most (NON-Turning) lane.
• Pass the railway tracks and then pass Abrams Street at the lights.
• At the next set of lights, turn right (west) at Border Street (aka UTA Blvd).
• Keep to the left lane.
• At the next set of lights, pass S. Pecan Street.
• Pass S. Oak Street.
• Turn left (south) on S. West Street.
• The loading area is at the corner of S. West Street and W. First Street.

• If you decide to park first, you can either park on the parking Lot 40 or the Mavericks Parking Garage.
• To get to Lot 40, you can enter from S.Pecan Street or S. Center Street. The parking lot is just to the south of Border Street (aka UTA Blvd).
• To get to the Mavericks Parking Garage. Take either S.Center Street or S. Pecan Street. Turn right (west) on W. 3rd Street. Continue on W. 3rd Street until the S.West Street. ( You will see a burned down building at your right hand corner.) Turn left (south) on S. West Street.
• Turn right into the garage, press for parking stub and park.

• To get to the University Center Bluebonnet Ballroom, return to S. West Street.(You should now be facing the College of Business.)
• Turn left (heading north) and walk past the 1st stop sign. (You should now see the burned down building to your left.)
• Continue to walk on S. West Street until the street turns right. (At the turn, you should see the name of the building, E. H. Hereford University Center.)
• Do NOT go up this first flight of stairs.
• Follow the turn (heading west) until you come to another flight of stairs to your left.
• Enter the building through the glass doors.
• Once in, make a left and go through the next set of glass doors.
• Walk straight ahead.
• Turn right at the corner and then left at the subsequent "corner".
• The Bluebonnet Ballroom is to your left.
