"What is Open Access to Science and Scholarship?"

Dr. Suber will describe open access, the simple idea with complex ramifications that is transforming scholarly communication and academic publishing.  He'll explain why it's compatible with peer review, how we will pay for it, why it doesn't violate copyright law, and why it will benefit authors at least as much as readers.
