Based on the book Dead Man Walking by Sister Helen Prejean. Dead Man Walking is the true story of a nun who becomes spiritual advisor to a convicted murderer, while also sympathizing with the victims' families. The play touches upon the universal themes of revenge and redemption, crime and punishment, fear and salvation. |
