Honors LC

Not Currently a UT Arlington student

1. Apply for admission to UT Arlington
2. Complete a Housing Application and indicate your preference for KC Hall. You will indicate your choice of Learning Communities in the section marked ‘Personal Interests’
3. Complete a Honors College Application
4. Complete a Honors LC Application
5. In about two weeks, and once your application to the Honors College has been accepted, you will receive your Housing Contract. Complete and return the Housing Contract with the required deposit, within two weeks of the date the contract was mailed to you.

Current Honors College student who lives on campus in a Residence Hall

1. If you did not renew for a space in housing, follow the steps for “Current Honors College student, but does not live in a Residence Hall” - OR - If you did renew, please contact the RLC Coordinator, William Gunn, at 817-272-1307 or by e-mail at wgunn@uta.edu to look into the possibility of having your Housing Contract changed to a space in KC Hall’s Honors LC.
2. Complete a Honors LC Application
3. Once your status in the Honors College has been verified, if there is still an opening in the same type of room that you renewed for, you will receive an e-mail requesting authorization to move you into the Honors LC.
4. When you receive your Housing Contract, you will need to complete and return the Housing Contract with the required deposit within two weeks of the date the contract was mailed to you.

Current Honors College student, but does not live in a Residence Hall

1. Complete a Housing Application and indicate your preference for KC Hall. You will indicate your choice of Learning Communities in the section marked ‘Personal Interests’

1.
