History of Love Events 2008
“OneMeal” – Prepared and shared by the COLA Freshman Interest Group (FIG)
FIG students prepared in the KC Hall kitchen 7 Eastern Europe/Jewish dishes including Beef Brisket Tzimmes, latkes with apple sauce and sour cream, cheese and potatoe pierogies, cheese blintzes with warm strawberry preserves, matzo ball soup, holiskes (stuffed cabbage rolls) and kugel. Sharing was then had by all!
