Students must maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) to be eligible to continue enrollment at UTA, as specified in the UTA Table of Standards. The minimum GPA varies depending on the number of credit hours attempted (including transfer hours).

Students who fall below the UTA Table of Standards will be placed on probation or warning (as appropriate) and potentially dismissed from the University if the GPA is not raised to meet standards.
