Arlington Public Library
The Arlington Public Library invites UTA students to get library cards for their libraries. For the convenience of our students, Arlington Public Library will issue FREE library cards to students. The Library, located at 101 East Abrams, is within walking distance of campus.

UTA students who live on campus and can provide an on-campus address can get Arlington Public Library cards that give them full checkout privileges for books, movies on DVD, music, and books on tape.
UTA students who also happen to be “regular” Arlington residents, i.e. they don’t live in a residence hall, can get regular library cards with full checkout benefits.
UTA students who don’t live in a residence hall or don’t live in Arlington can use the library through the TexShare program. Ask for a free TexShare card at the Circulation Desk in the Central Library.
