The Testing Services Office provides information to help students identify tests they may want to take for undergraduate or graduate admission, or credit by examination. Some academic departments at UT Arlington require tests prior to registration in order to place students in an appropriate course and/or to award college credit by examination.

We offer some of these tests in our office on a regular basis. You will be able to get the information you need from our web site. If you would like to get further information, our staff will be happy to talk to you and answer your questions.

We are located in Room 201, Davis Hall at 701 South Nedderman Drive. Our office is open Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Testing Services is closed on Saturday, Sunday and certain public holidays.

If you are required to take the Math Placement Test or Calculus Readiness Test, you will need to do so prior to attending orientation. For information on exemptions please visit Placement Tests.

For UTA campus maps or directions to your test center location, please visit the UTA Maps & Directions page. Student parking lots are open to visitors on Saturday. If you are taking an exam Monday – Friday there is visitor parking in front of Davis Hall and a parking garage on West and 4th Street across from the College of Business. There is a fee to park in the garage.
