December 2009 Commencement 

Reception Prior to Ceremony

• Two hours prior to the commencement ceremony at 9:30 a.m. 
• University Club, Davis Hall (next to Texas Hall)

Ceremony: Friday, December 11 at 11:30 a.m.

• Graduates should arrive at 10:30 a.m. at the West One side doors to Texas Hall
• Guests are encouraged to arrive at the East Side entrance one hour early
• Live music begins one hour prior to the start of the ceremony
• Texas Hall, 701 W. Nedderman Drive
• Tickets for guests required - see Ticket Information

Reception following the Ceremony

• Immediately following the commencement ceremony
• East side of Texas Hall, under the tent
