MyMav Post-Upgrade Information

For those having problems using Internet Explorer and MyMav, the issue is most likely due to a setting that is preventing Internet Explorer from fully deleting the browser cache.

The following steps should resolve the issue:

1. Open Internet Explorer but do not navigate to MyMav.
2. Click Tools Menu.
3. Click Delete Browsing History.
4. Mark the option for Preserve Favorites website data as unchecked.
5. Be sure to mark the option for Temporary Internet Files as checked.
6. Click the Delete button.
7. Close and re-start Internet Explorer.
