ARLINGTON - Rob Stern will be a visiting glass artist at The University of Texas at Arlington Sept. 28 through Oct. 2. Stern studied at the famed Pilchuck Glass School near Seattle and earned his Master of Fine Arts from the University of Miami. He has worked with famed glass artist Petr Novtny at the Ajeto Glass Factory in the Czech Republic and exhibited internationally.
 
Stern will be working with students in the Studio Arts Center, 810 S. Davis Drive, and will do demonstrations. His work can be seen at http://www.robsternartglass.com/slideshowHome/slideshowHome.html
