    Board of Regents Names Dr. Vistasp M. Karbhari President of UT Arlington

    Dr. Karbhari will assume the presidency of UT Arlington on June 1, 2013. President James D. Spaniolo will continue to serve as president through May 31.

  • New Maverick Orientation

    New Maverick Orientation

    Are you going to be new to campus this spring?  Attend an orientation for new Mavericks.  Orientation is required for all incoming freshmen, and is also required for some transfer students.  Even if you are a transfer student who is not required to attend, we still recommend it!  Come get oriented to everything.

  • Meningitis Vaccination

    Texas Meningitis Vaccination Law

    As of January 1, 2012, incoming Texas college students under 30 years of age and continuing students who have missed one fall or spring semester must be immunized against bacterial meningitis and submit proof of vaccination.  Learn more about this policy at the university's FAQ site.
