  • Terry Foundation Scholarship

    Terry Foundation establishes scholarship program at UT Arlington

    The University of Texas at Arlington has been selected to be a part of the Terry Foundation Scholarship program, the largest private source of scholarships in the state. The program will help cover the full cost of attending college for 16 UT Arlington students. - See more at: http://www.uta.edu/news/releases/2014/11/TerryFdtn-scholarship.php

    The first group of Terry Scholars will be starting as Freshman in the Fall semester of 2015. Incoming freshman fall-admit students interested in learning more or wishing to apply should visit http://www.uta.edu/terryscholars/

    Dr. Nan Ellin Appointed Dean

    Dr. Ellin’s first priority will be to shepherd the integration of the School of Architecture and the School of Urban and Public Affairs into a new college that will extend the reputation, impact and influence of the University in areas related to design, architecture, urban planning and public affairs. She officially joins UT Arlington on Jan. 5.

    University College To Open Late on December 19

    On December 19, University College will open late for planning and meetings. On this date, all offices within University College will be closed beginning at 8am. Normal operations will resume beginning at 2pm. Students should be aware of these dates and plan ahead to ensure that you are able to make use of any services needed.
