Major Exploration Seminars
Explore. Discover. Decide. Choosing a major is an important decision. This information seminar is presented by the University College and provides information on majors at UTA and campus resources available to help you select a major. An advisor will discuss major selection based on strengths, abilities and values. Plus, the seminar covers methods for self-assessment and self-reflection, how to research and contact majors offered at UTA and how to set goals for decision-making.
Sign up to attend a 45 minute information seminar lead by an Advisor on the 3rd floor of Ransom Hall. Seminars are free and offered every other Tuesday and Friday at noon. During the spring semester some evening seminars will be available: March 6, April 10 and May 15 at 5:30pm. Refer to the schedule below and contact exploringmajors@uta.edu with any questions.
