Registration for May Intersession, Summer, and Fall 2015 classes will begin on April 8th, 2015. Some students may be advised/register earlier or later, depending on number of hours and academic standing. All UNIS majors must be advised in order to register for classes. Students currently enrolled (Spring 2015) received an email with instructions on scheduling advising in March/April 2015. All appointments must be scheduled online.
Advising for non-registration issues is also available - such issues can include discussing course drops (during the applicable period each semester), degree planning, concerns about grades, etc.
Note that you will be sent a confirmation email after making your appointment as well as reminder email the day before your appointment. Your appointment is NOT confirmed until/unless you've received confirmation email(s) to the email you used when you signed up (note: please use your UTA ID for this, in accordance with university policy).
Each semester, when we begin accepting advising appointments, we encourage you to schedule as early as possible. Academic success depends in large part on wise planning, which includes registering as soon as you are able, to maximize your chance of getting into courses that are the best fit for you. Your registration date will be listed on the right side of your Student Center in MyMav.
