Application Process for FIGS

We are no longer accepting applications for people wanting to join a FIG for this fall.  The application for people wanting to join a FIG for next fall (who will be entering the University for Summer or Fall 2014) will be able to apply for a FIG as early as October 1st.  For those students, joining a FIG couldn't be easier. Simply follow the steps below. Remember that space is limited, so apply early to ensure that you get into the group you want.

Students admitted for Summer 2013 or Fall 2013

  • If you have previously completed an application and were placed on a waitlist, we are still working through the waitlists at each orientation.  Please note that at this point it is almost impossible to get into a FIG as most of the FIG classes have filled, so we can only add people to groups when someone previously registered for classes drops from the program.
  • If you have not previously applied, the waitlist has reached capacity and we are no longer able to add new people to the list.
