Still haven't found the resource that you need? Or maybe you have additional questions that require an individual response. Whatever your situation, the Maverick Resource Hotline is here to help. The Maverick Resource Hotline is a referral-based service that aims to connect students with the answers they are looking for. Whether it is the location or operating hours for a clinic or lab or whether you aren't sure about a policy or office to talk to, you can find the answers you need in one convient location.
There are two convenient ways to contact us: by phone or by email.
To reach us by phone, call 817-272-6107. Our operating hours are 8am to 5pm, but we do have voicemail. If no one is available to answer your call, please leave a message with your name, phone number, and question, and someone will contact you by the next business day.
You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your email will be returned as quickly as possible, generally by the next business day if sent after hours or on a weekend.
Student may also look for paper-based versions of the Maverick Resource Guide in departments and brochure racks across campus. If you would like to pick one up, visit the lobby of Ransom Hall or stop by the Campus Information Center in the University Center.
