What is Interdisciplinary Studies?

An Interdisciplinary Studies degree allows students to build a customized degree plan that is suited for their academic and professional goals. The ideal Interdisciplinary Studies student is a self-motivated, high-achieving, creative thinker. Most Interdisciplinary Studies students build their own degree program out of concentrations in two different areas of study.

Concentrations have at least 18 hours and may be based on a minor, a certificate program, a pre-defined INTS track, or a customized track. Each concentration must have at least nine credit hours of 3000/4000 level coursework.
