UTAAA Student Design Competition

The University of Texas at Arlington Academic Advising Association (UTAAA) is in need of a new logo to help us re-brand and speak to the bright future of our non-profit organization. Our current logo has not been updated in years, and after so many changing of hands, we no longer have a version that meets our needs.

Here is a little information about UTAAA:

UTAAA was founded in 1996 and has had steady membership growth for nearly two decades (Over 100 members). UTAAA is committed to the professional growth and development of the UTA community dedicated to the success of all UTA students. Our organization is responsible for an annual conference that is open to faculty, staff, administration and, of course, academic advisors at UTA and the region. We offer monthly meetings to keep members up-to-date with policy and procedures that effect our students, and we provide a network for communication across the campus.

Guidelines for entries:

  1. Must be a UTA student to participate
  2. Entry must incorporate UTA school colors
  3. Entry must be emailed to utaaa@uta.edu with "Design Competition Entry" as the subject line.
  4. Entry must include full name and student ID number for verification.
  5. Limit of 3 entries per student.

Deadline Extended! Entries due By December 2, 2013. Winner announced mid-December 2013.

UTAAA Student Design Contest Winner will receive a $100 gift card when a high resolution, vectorized file is handed over to the UTAAA Historian, Soyla Santos on a disk. If you have any questions about the guidelines or competition, please contact UTAAA at utaaa@uta.edu.
