Honors College Students

Honors College students, from left, Zane Jobe, Denis Gjoni and Marshall "Red" Harkins painted their bodies to promote the Residential Mentor Program during the annual Activities Fair Day/Maverick Cookout.

The program provides free tutoring for studens living in residence halls. "Mostly shock" is how ringleader Jobe describes the reaction they received from fellow students.

"The get-up did attract people though," said the senior geology major." And I think the Honors College benefited from our outlandishness, which was the whole point of the deal."
