Three former cadets join Military Science Hall of Honor


Lt. Col. Raymond E. Andrae
Lt. Col. (Retired) Raymond E. Andrae came to UTA in 1976 as an assistant professor of military science. During his years in Arlington, he spearheaded major changes in the Military Science Department.

Jerry W. Thomas
Jerry W. Thomas, chairman and president of Decision Analyst, Inc., graduated from Arlington State College (now UTA) in 1963 with a bachelor's degree in business administration. The following year, he earned an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.

Col. Elmer Guy White III
Col. Elmer Guy White III attended UTA from 1972 to 1976. During his junior year, he served as cadet command sergeant major for the ROTC Corps of Cadets, and the following year he was both cadet corps commander and commander of the Sam Houston Rifles drill team.
