Graduate students in the Institute of Urban Studies are formulating a strategic plan for Vickery Meadow, a burgeoning, densely populated neighborhood in Dallas. The plan rebrands the area as a center for innovation and counters the existing negative community perceptions of the neighborhood. The City of Dallas hopes the plan will foster inclusive and sustainable economic growth and area redevelopment.
