Between internships, competition teams and volunteer opportunities, students have a multitude of ways to get involved at UTARI. In our programs, students are able to work with experienced research scientists, using state-of-the-art technology to develop the products of tomorrow. UTARI also assists in building teams to participate in several national and international competitions in the areas of water, ground and aerial vehicles.
UTARI is committed to providing high school and college students with a wide range of opportunities for in-depth exposure to the latest academic research and product development in the areas of prediction modeling of composites and advanced materials, automation, intelligent and unmanned systems, advanced manufacturing, biomedical technologies, and biological microsystems.
Our interns and volunteers work in cooperation with researchers and faculty on projects from inception to completion. Students in the UTARI Internship/Volunteer Program are challenged not only to learn about cutting-edge technologies, but are encouraged to be part of the technology development process itself.
