WINDOWS XP SERVICE PACK 2

Because Windows XP Service Pack 2 has added additional security features to the Internet Explorer, WebCT users need to add the UTA WebCT url to IE's list of trusted sites. To do this, follow the instructions below.

1. From your menu bar, select Tools >> Internet Options.
2. Select the Security tab.
3. In the "Select a Web content zone..." area, select Trusted sites.
4. Click on the Sites... button.
5. Type in http://webct.uta.edu into the top text field.
6. Uncheck the "Require server verification..." box.
7. Click the Add button.
8. Click OK.
9. Click OK again.
