New WebCT Course Request Form

For faculty use ONLY

Please make sure that you are familiar with the Procedure for Creating a New Course before you continue.

Use this form to create a new, blank WebCT course based on the standard template developed by the Center for Distance Education. If you need a new course based on an existing course, make a Course Copy Request.

You should make your request one month in advance. While we guarantee a two-business day (M–F) turnaround for new course and course copy requests, delays may be experienced with last-minute requests during semester start-up, so please watch for e-mail reminders to make requests early.
