- Raise the collective consciousness, awareness, and understanding of the UTA community in areas relating to social justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Develop pipeline strategies to ensure that we recruit, hire, support, retain, and promote diverse faculty.
- Enhance the representation of highly qualified, diverse, and meaningfully engaged faculty, staff, and administration.
- Cultivate and sustain partnerships with units, departments, divisions, and external communities to optimize student success and learning.
