Executive Vice President
Carl Cravens currently serves as Regional President / Executive Vice-President for Affiliated Bank, N.A., working with local companies and individuals to help them manage their financial needs. He is currently the Chairman of the Board of the Greater Arlington Chamber of Commerce as well as serving on several other boards in the city. Carl lives in Arlington with his wife, Lisa, a TCU graduate, and their three children.

As Chief Operations Officer for T.D. Jakes Ministries, Frank oversees strategy, marketing, sales and human resources with additional responsibilities for Texas Offenders Reentry Initiatives (TORI). Prior to moving into nonprofit, Mr. Dyer was a senior executive for over 18 years working for three of the “big four” financial institutions in the US.

JT Fisher serves as CEO of Vergent Communications, a Dallas-based telecommunications and IT business, since August of 2017. JT served as CFO and Director of Austin Industries, Inc., a privately-held infrastructure company, from 2009-2017.

A graduate of Baylor University, Mike is a thirty three year commercial banker. Currently he serves as the Market President for Frost’s Arlington market and Sales Manager for the Mansfield market. In addition to involvement with the UTA COB, he services the community in a variety of roles including as a Board member of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce, the Green Oaks School, Tarrant Workforce Development Board, Roundup for Autism, and Arlington Margarita Society.

Craig Happel is currently the Deputy to the Vice President of Business Ventures, for Contracts Management, Estimating, and Advanced Development Programs at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. He is responsible for overhauling the Contracts and Estimating charter across the LM Aeronautics enterprise as well as enhancing the Estimating and Contracts processes for an ever-changing business environment. He is married to Lynn, his wife of 36 years.

Capital Senior Living is one of the nation’s largest operators of independent living, assisted living and memory care communities for senior adults.

As the General Manager of Slalom DFW, John leads with a strong “people-first” mindset in which his team is profoundly engages with each other, their clients, and their communities. He lives in Northlake with his wife of almost 30 years, Wendy, and the two youngest of their five children.

Serving as Arlington Tomorrow Foundation’s first executive director, Ms. Mentesana brings more than 30 years of philanthropy, marketing, community relations and communications experience to her role. She is responsible for overseeing the Foundation’s $100 million endowment and for the directing the organization’s charitable mission. She and her husband, Gary Westerlage, are the proud parents of Catherine and Matthew and call Arlington home.
