  • Molecular beam epitaxy of III-V compounds
  • Heterostructures in nano-scale thicknesses
  • Bandstructure engineering and modulation doping
  • Chirped superlattices for MQW waveguide and transverse electroabsorption modulators
  • Superlattice and asymmetric quantum well for infrared detectors
  • Low temperature grown GaAs (LT-GaAs)
  • High-resolution, high-speed infrared imaging for application in medical imaging, and supersonic jet transpiration cooling
