- Receptor (peptide/lectin/scFv/antibody) discovery and development for applications in sensing, diagnostics, and therapeutics
- Developing in vitro and in vivo models for specific non-Hodgkin B cell lymphomas
- Evolutionary screening of engineered viruses for examining receptor/ligand and enzyme/substrate selectivity
- 3D printing of proteins at the nano/microscale for novel sensing/actuating devices as well as patterning of extracellular matrix proteins to examine cell behavior
