  • Develop drug delivery systems, including microparticles, nanoparticles, nanofibers, nanocomposites, hydrogels, and scaffolds, for controlled drug delivery and tissue engineering applications to treat various diseases such as cardiovascular disorders, lung illnesses, and complex wounds
  • Synthesize and investigate various types of stimuli-responsive nanoparticles like temperature- and pH-sensitive nanoparticles and of theranostic nanoparticles to detect and treat various diseases, including breast, lung, prostate, and lung cancers
