There are often opportunities to take action within the SSW, UTA Campus, and in the local/global community. This may be in response to instances of injustice locally, nationally, or globally; ongoing causes that our profession supports; opportunities to work on DEI projects with community partners; or other issues of civic engagement and advocacy (i.e. voting rights).
