COACHE Evaluation, Review, and Initiatives Committee

The COACHE Evaluation, Review, and Initiatives Committee (ERIC) was established to develop and act on the priorities that emerged from the COACHE survey process and Full Report data summaries. This team of faculty, staff, and administrators is working together to elevate the faculty experience at UTA and solidify the University as a destination campus.

Subcommittees for Priority Topics

ERIC established subcommittees dedicated to each priority topic that emerged from the COACHE survey. Throughout the spring 2022 semester, the subcommittees dove deeper into the data collected through the COACHE survey and other datasets available to them to develop their own reports guided by research questions and resulting in policy implications and recommendations.
