The Dan Dipert University Welcome Center's office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Daily Campus and Group Campus tours depart from the Dan Dipert University Welcome Center.

We strongly encourage students to submit their official transcripts electronically to minimize processing time. 

HIGH SCHOOL

UTA only accepts official transcripts from your high school’s approved service [i.e. TREx, Naviance, etc].  We do NOT accept scans, images, or PDF’s attached to emails as official documents unless they come directly from the school and must include an official signature from an authorized representative.

COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY

UTA accepts transcripts sent electronically from your college or university using one of the following approved systems:

  • Parchment
  • National Student Clearinghouse
  • eSCRIP-SAFE
  • Credentials Solutions
  • Standardization of Postsecondary Education Data Exchange [
    SPEEDE] – Texas only
HARD COPY TRANSCRIPTS

If your high school, college or university does not support sending official documents electronically, the documents should be mailed in an institution-sealed envelope with your UTA ID to:
