Preparing for Your Tour
Please register at least three days in advance online or over the phone (817-272-8687). Walk-in registration for Engineering tours is not available.
A detailed confirmation email will be sent 2 business days before the event date. In the meantime, please contact the Dan Dipert University Welcome Center with questions: 817-272-8687.
Campus tours include a lot of walking outside, so please wear comfortable shoes. Also, be aware of current weather conditions and dress accordingly, as our tours still take place when the weather is hot, cold, or raining. However, tours may be cancelled if weather conditions become unsafe. Unsafe conditions include extreme cold or heat, high winds, hail, lightning storms or other weather hazards. For example, tours will not be given if the temperature exceeds 105 degrees (Fahrenheit).
See the online Campus Maps for driving directions to campus.
Parking for all tours is available in the Park South garage on South Center Street or any student lot on campus. Guests are required to register their license plate number upon arrival at the Welcome Center to avoid receiving a parking ticket. Tour visitors are encouraged to leave their vehicles in the parking garage throughout their visit, even if they have appointments elsewhere on campus.
If you require special accommodations, please contact the Dan Dipert University Welcome Center at 817-272-8687 or email@example.com. We will try to accommodate your request.
