Group Campus Tours
Thank you for your interest in group campus visits at UT Arlington. We provide tours for school and community groups of 10-100 individuals and can accomodate the following:
- Elementary, Middle, and High School students (grades 4th-12th)
- Community College Students
- Adult groups
- Organizations such as churches, sports teams, scouting, YMCA, etc.
Our free group visit experience consists of a walking tour and optional admission information session. The tour is led by MavElite student tour guides, lasts about an hour and 15 minutes, and gives a general overview of campus life. Admission information sessions are facilitated by professional UT Arlington admission counselors. The session lasts 20-30 minutes and covers topics such as preparing for college, admission requirements, financial aid/scholarships, academic programs, etc. Please note that information sessions are contingent upon presentation space availability.
For all campus visit activities (including tours and information sessions), please provide at least 10 business days advance notice. Group tours are available Monday-Friday at 10:30 a.m. and 2 p.m., and Saturdays at 10 a.m.
Once your campus visit is confirmed, you will receive detailed information regarding driving directions, parking, check-in location, etc. For questions, please contact the Dan Dipert University Welcome Center at 817-272-8687 / email@example.com.
