Before You Arrive

Thanks for registering to visit campus. We look forward to your visit. Here are some things you need to know before you arrive.

A detailed confirmation email will be sent to you two business days before your visit. If you have any questions, please contact the Dan Dipert University Welcome Center at 817-272-8687.

Preparing For Your Tour

All our tours include extensive walking, mostly outside, so please wear comfortable shoes. Please stay aware of current weather conditions and dress accordingly, as our tours still take place when the weather is hot, cold, or raining.

Tours may be canceled if weather conditions become unsafe, including extreme cold or heat, high winds, hail, lightning storms, or other weather hazards. Tours are not given when the temperature exceeds 105 degrees (Fahrenheit).

All tours leave from the Dan Dipert University Welcome Center, unless otherwise noted. The Welcome Center is located at 580 Center Street, Arlington, Texas. Visit the online Campus Map for driving directions to campus.

Parking On Campus

Parking for all tours is available in the Park South garage on South Center Street or any student lot on campus. Guests are required to register their license plate number upon arrival at the Welcome Center to avoid receiving a parking ticket. Tour visitors are encouraged to leave their vehicles in the parking garage throughout their visit, even if they have appointments elsewhere on campus.

Please plan to check in at the Welcome Center at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time. If you are attending one of our specialty tours, like the transfer tour, please refer to your confirmation email for arrival instructions.
