What do I do if my ProCard is lost or stolen?

  1. Contact the University Police Department at 817-272-3381 and file a police report.
  2. Contact Citibank at 1-800-248-4553 in order to cancel your card and have a new one issued.

Your new card will be delivered to the Finance and Administration Annex. You will be notified when it is available for pick up, usually within 5-7 business days.
