Use Of University Logos and Trademarks

As a reminder, use of University logos and trademarks are governed by the licensing and design standards as outlined on University Communications’ website at

Departments are responsible to ensure that any vendor who will be using any University logo or trademark is approved and licensed to do so. A list of approved vendors is available on the College Town website noted above. This includes use on items such as shirts, pens, cups, and other giveaway/promotional items.

Further, the University has strict design standards and brand identity guidelines that must be adhered to an all printed materials, stationery, websites and PowerPoint presentations. Those guidelines and helpful links can be found at
