  • The UT System Supply Chain Alliance (UTSSCA), in cooperation with UT System Travel Council, has amended the Travel Agency Services contract with Corporate Travel Planners (CTP) to now include “conference management services”.  CTP will now be able to provide UT Alliance member institutions (including UT Arlington) scheduling, contracting and management services for conferences of all types and sizes.  These services are provided at no additional cost to the institution, and CTP will waive all implementation costs, not to exceed $2,000, through 8/31/2016.
