Note 2

Monthly rates are per apartment. For “By Unit” locations, there is a single leaseholder, and the leaseholder may choose to have roommates and split expenses. Any agreements to split expenses would be between the leaseholder and their occupants. Rates are shown effective August 1, 2021 to July 31, 2022.

Note 3

Monthly rates are per bed. Other residents may be assigned to vacant bedroom(s)/beds in the apartment. Roommate matching is available in furnished apartment communities. Rates shown are effective August 1, 2021 to July 31, 2022 and subject to the Board of Regents approval.

Note 4

Residents must satisfy the minimum lease term outlined in the lease. Early lease termination is only available to residents who meet specific lease requirements.12-month lease may not equal a full 12 months for new residents. 12-month renewal leases are available for residents who desire to stay after satisfying their minimum lease term requirements.

Note 5 - Utilities Included

Utilities typically include electric, gas and water.

Note 6 - High-speed Internet

High-speed internet and WiFi service is provided at no additional charge.

Note 7 - Swimming Pool

Swimming pools are located as shown in the chart.

Note 8 - Access to Swimming Pool

Swimming pools are located as shown in the chart. UTA apartment residents may use the pool closest to their community. In addition, an indoor and Olympic-sized outdoor pool are available to all UTA students at the Activities Building.

Note 9 - Washer and Dryer in Apt

A full-size washer and dryer are provided at no additional charge as shown in the chart.

Note 10 - Unlimited Free Laundry

Two secure onsite community laundry rooms.

There is no application fee for University-owned apartments. A $150 security deposit is due at lease signing. Prorated rent is due on or before move-in date.

A $215 non-refundable processing fee is due with each Centennial Court application. If you do not have a guarantor who is a U.S Citizen and will act as your co-signer, a $150 deposit may be applicable.
