Coming soon to the University Center

The University Center is in the planning stages for some major renovations in 2019:

  • The Connection Café will close May-August for a major kitchen remodel. Dining service operations will still be available at the Plaza in the UC and Maverick Café in The Commons. Additional locations also are being developed.
  • The north Bluebonnet/Rosebud foyer and entryway will close in May for a complete overhaul and expansion. The project will add more pre-event space to the foyer and create a large focal point of entry for guests coming into the UC. Work will last approximately one year.
  • The Bluebonnet Ballroom will be closed for renovations December 2019-May 2020. If you have submitted a Cosmic Calendar request for the Bluebonnet Ballroom for the spring 2020 semester, please contact UC Operations with your alternative plans or to discuss further.
