Planning and Landscape Architecture
Mark Dennis, PLA, AICP is a licensed landscape architect and certified planner, with more than 15 years of broad experience in Michigan, Virginia, the Metro Washington D.C. area, and Texas. His work in landscape architecture and planning has included educational/corporate campus planning, park planning and design, natural area restoration and environmental site planning, streetscapes and urban design, historic preservation planning, and cultural resource interpretive design. Mr. Dennis has extensive experience collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups in both the public and private sectors, and he applies a rigorous design sensibility to reconciling layered challenges of the built and natural environments. His critical approach to urban design seeks to promote integrated ecological, multi-modal, and human-scaled experiences in making everyday places exceptional.
