Ogden "Bo" Bass is the Director of Community Development for the City of Allen, Texas and holds Bachelor of Science, Master of Urban Planning, and Master of Science Degrees from Texas A&M University.  His educational background entails studies in environmental sciences, urban planning and land development.  Since 1988, Bo has held the position of adjunct assistant professor with the University of Texas at Arlington, School of Architecture, Graduate Program.  Prior to his service with the City of Allen, he served as an Assistant City Manager for the City of North Richland Hills, and as the Deputy City Manager for the City of Bedford. He also held various positions with the City of Euless for over seven years including Director of Planning and Development, Deputy Director of Public Works and Development, and Economic Development Manager.  In addition, he was a senior land planner with the engineering and design firm of Schrickel, Rollins and Associates in Arlington, Texas for roughly eight years and a staff member with the City of Waco for over four years. He is a certified planner with the American Institute of Certified Planners and a member of the American Planning Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
