Summer 2021 Commencement Guest Tickets

All candidates for graduation are encouraged to invite their family and friends to help them celebrate this significant milestone and momentous occasion. Family and other guests over the age of two must have a commencement ticket to enter the College Park Center.

Graduate GradPasses

Graduates will receive their GradPass directly from Marching Order the week of Commencement via email. GradPasses must be printed and brought with Graduates to enter College Park Center. Graduate Entrance at College Park Center is Gate 1.

Claiming Guests Tickets

Graduates will have the opportunity to claim their guest tickets through three ticket offers. We encourage graduates to only claim the amount of tickets they need.

Ticketing Offer 1: On July 20, graduates will receive an email with information on how to claim up to 6 guest tickets. However, you do not have to receive this email in order to claim tickets. Please follow the instructions below to claim tickets. This offer will begin July 21 at 10:00 am CST and last until Noon CST on July 27. All unclaimed guest tickets will return to a central ticketing pool for Ticketing Offer 2.

Ticketing Offer 2: On July 28, graduates will receive an email with information on how to claim additional guest tickets from the central ticketing pool, if available, and while quantities last. However, you do not have to receive this email in order to claim tickets. Please follow the instructions below to claim tickets. This offer will begin July 28 at 10:00 am CST and last until Noon on August 3.  All unclaimed guest tickets will return to a central ticketing pool for Ticketing Offer 3.

Ticketing Offer 3: On August 4, graduates will receive an email with information on how to claim additional guest tickets from the central ticketing pool, if available, and while quantities last. However, you do not have to receive this email in order to claim tickets. Please follow the instructions below to claim tickets. This offer will begin August 4 at 10:00 am CST and last until Noon on August 10.

Please follow these instructions to claim your tickets:

  • Select the appropriate School/College’s ceremony at utatickets.com.
  • Enter your passcode. Your passcode is your UTA 1000 ID number.
  • Claim your guest ticket(s) for the correct ceremony.
  • On the log in page, if you have never purchased tickets at utatickets.com before, please create a new account. If you have purchased tickets at utatickets.com, log in with your existing utatickets.com password.
  • Be sure to fully complete the check-out process.
  • When the process is properly completed, your tickets will be sent to your email account and you can forward the pdf tickets to family and guests.

All tickets must be claimed and printed in advance.

No tickets will be available at the venue.

No UTA ID's will be accepted in place of a ticket for admittance.
