May 2018 Commencement Tickets

All candidates for graduation are encouraged to invite their family and friends to help them celebrate this significant milestone and momentous occasion. All graduates, family, and other guests over the age of two must have a commencement ticket to enter the College Park Center.

Claiming My Tickets

Ticketing Offer 1: This offer will begin April 11 at 10 am and last until noon on April 17, at which time all unclaimed guest tickets will return to a central ticketing pool. Graduates are asked to download only the actual number of guest tickets they will use so students who need them can claim them through Ticketing Offer 2.

On April 10, graduates should receive an email at their UTA email accounts with information on how to claim their graduate and guest tickets. Even if you do not receive the email, please follow these instructions to claim your tickets (if you have followed your School’s/College’s guidelines for participating in the ceremony).

  1. Select the appropriate School/College’s ceremony at utatickets.com.
  2. Enter your passcode. Your passcode is your UTA 1000 ID number.
  3. Claim your guest ticket(s).
  4. On the log in page, if you have never purchased tickets at utatickets.com before, please create a new account. If you have purchased tickets at utatickets.com before, log in with your existing utatickets.com password.
  5. Be sure to fully complete the check-out process.
  6. When the process is properly completed, your tickets will be sent to your email account.

Ticketing Offer 2: This offer will begin April 18 at 10 am and last until noon on April 24, at which time all unclaimed guest tickets will return to a central ticketing pool. Graduates are asked to download only the actual number of guest tickets they will use so students who need them can claim them through Ticketing Offer 3.

On April 17, graduates should receive an email at their UTA email accounts with information on how to claim additional guest tickets, if available, and while quantities last. Please see instructions on how to claim tickets at utatickets.com under Ticketing Offer 1. You do not have to receive the email to follow these instructions if you have followed your School’s/College’s guidelines for participating in the ceremony.

Ticketing Offer 3: This third and final offer will begin April 25 at 10 am and last until noon on May 1.

On April 24, graduates should receive an email at their UTA email accounts with information on how to claim additional guest tickets, if available, and while quantities last. Please see instructions on how to claim tickets at utatickets.com under Ticketing Offer 1. You do not have to receive the email to follow these instructions if you have followed your School’s/College’s guidelines for participating in the ceremony.

Additional information about claiming tickets

All tickets must be claimed and printed in advance.

  • Graduate and guest tickets must be printed and presented for entry.
  • No tickets will be available at the venue.
  • No UTA ID's will be accepted in place of a ticket for admittance.
