About the Center for Research and Scholarship
The mission of the Center for Research and Scholarship is to create a fertile environment for faculty to pursue research and scholarship and to provide research support to all faculty and students in the College of Nursing and Health Innovation.

Leadership and Staff
Dr. Fadel’s recent studies have focused on issues such as blood flow control in diabetic patients, the impact of physical inactivity on cardio-vascular health and mechanisms triggering sympathetic nervous system overactivity and hypertension in patients with chronic kidney disease. His work is supported by the American Heart Association and the National Institutes of Health, among other agencies.
