Process and Reference:
Students can report incidents involving sexual discrimination or harassment to any faculty, resident advisor and University official.

The student will be contacted within 5 days with the name of the investigator and with a decision whether a complaint investigation will proceed.

Students may appeal EOS’s decision to not investigate an allegation of harassment by responding no later than 5 working days from receiving the notification letter. The appeal must be a signed, written document explaining why the decision to dismiss the complaint was in error and sent to the EOS Executive Director.

The Non-Discrimination Policy Procedure can be found here while the sexual harassment and sexual misconduct procedures are here.
