Pete Carlon honored for dedication to UTA Athletics

Former athletic director Pete Carlon was recognized for his service to UTA Athletics and upcoming retirement during halftime of the men’s basketball game Saturday. Carlon began as head athletic trainer with no assistants in 1981 and served as athletic director from 1996 to 2012. “I want to be remembered as a person who cared about not just wins and losses, but about student-athlete welfare,” he said. “I wanted them to excel in their academics and achieve their dreams." New IT service management system in place

The ServiceNow IT service management system has been implemented to automate and expedite service requests and reported IT incidents. Faculty, staff, and students should expect increased notifications of their ticket status from uta@service-now.com instead of customerserv@uta.edu. LEARN MORE.
